Margarita has represented infrastructure and property funds and developers, and others in transactions ranging typically from $100 million to $300 million. She is key counsel in all stages of industrial and infrastructure projects, on construction, engineering and consulting matters, corporate investment and divestment.
Her broad experience includes transactions in the infrastructure space, as well as mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in various industries and jurisdictions, project delivery structures (including EPC and PPP), conducting due diligence, risk allocation and assessment, and reviewing bankability of project agreements.
Margarita worked in the Moscow offices of Skadden and Herbert Smith Freehills. Before transferring to Singapore, she established, trained, supervised and lead HSF Moscow real estate and construction team.
