Pranav is a Consultant of the GLS Group, specialising in trans-jurisdictional commerce, trade regulations, corporate advisory and alternate dispute resolution. Pranav has extensive in-house experience including the management of global corporate and commercial matters, strategic consulting and technology deals. Pranav has lived and worked in Singapore for a number of years and his practice focuses on the SEA, Australasia and India.

Global: Structuring and implementing a contractual framework for investment division focusing on strategic digital ventures and startups.

India: Managing regulatory approvals from the competition authority and post-acquisition integration of Brightpoint into the Ingram Micro group.

India: Advising on legal and regulatory framework for data protection. Developing and implementing compliance programs and protocols.

India: Advising on all regulatory aspects relating to the import, repair, refurbishment, insurance and sale of mobile devices.

Global: Drafting, reviewing and risk analyses of high value procurement agreements for Rio Tinto.

India: Counsel advising on high stake writ petitions, arbitration hearings and securities in relation to corporate and competition law matters.

India: Preparing and implementing a legal compliance framework for DLF covering corporate, employment, environmental and construction law.

India: Devising ADR strategy, protocols and procedures to manage a portfolio of over 100 arbitration hearings affecting DLF and its subsidiaries .

India: Advising a TrustLaw NGO member on data protection compliance and the transfer of personal data outside of the country.
