Qatar: Drafted a bespoke 25-year lease template relating to the provision of education at approximately 45 schools in the Lusail Project.

UK: Lead solicitor for ODA Park Operations which involved drafting the venue use agreement which dealt with the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (LOCOG) access to the Olympic Park during the Olympic Games including dealing with occupation, maintenance and use of the Olympic Park following completion of the venues until handover to the legacy operators. Also drafted numerous licences for test events held prior to the handover of the Olympic Park to LOCO

Qatar: Led on the negotiation of a sale and purchase agreement and ancillary documentation for a complicated land sale in Qatar valued at QAR 820,000,000.

UAE: Updated 8 real estate templates on behalf of a free zone authority including Sale and Purchase Agreements, Musataha and Easement documentation.

UAE: Drafted a musataha agreement in respect to the development and occupation of a sustainable sports hub within a master development in Dubai.

UAE: Advised on and drafted for the sale of a complete hotel development with third party conditional sales contracts for a failed fractional ownership scheme and the seller’s ability to cancel such contracts.

Australia: Represented a landowner in the restructure of a joint venture, public fund raising and subdivision of a large parcel of land into a new community.

New Zealand: Acted for real estate developer with projects in Wellington and the Cook Islands, including tourism resorts, strata and leasehold subdivisions.

Australia: Represented a resort brand on new and existing operator agreements, strata laws, off-plan sales, leasing, disputes, real estate and operational issues.

UAE: Advising in respect of the leasing and operation of “The Galleria at Sowwah Square” a 33,000 sq metre high-end retail and dining concept.

UAE: Advising twofour54 on the initial stages of a significant mixed-use city centre development including title transfer and investment structuring.

UAE: Advising an Abu Dhabi master developer on a bespoke titling system, title registration and standard form disposal / occupational documentation.

UK: Jersey: Advising a Jersey based shopping centre Trust in the £65 million disposition of a retail centre in Scotland.

UAE: Provided legal advice to a large property developer relating to the drafting of SPAs and development agreements and legal advice for off-plan sales in the UAE including all strata issues. Procured advice on off plan sales in multiple overseas jurisdictions as well as advice regarding handover of completed units and master community and JOPD issues.

Belgium: Assisted Supergroup with regard to the lease agreements of 7 properties in Belgium.
